PURPOSE OF THE EVENT

Theme: “Returning to Allah Pleased and Pleasing”

The purpose of the Love Project Conference is to provide Islamic Education facilitated by Women scholars, and to embrace the feminine role as defined by Allah in The Holy Quran. To be a platform to motivate and inspire Muslim women to identify their potential and their calling for service to their community and to humanity. The conference will provide a space to network, have fun, and be rejuvenated to work in the service of Allah.

Halal meals are provided by New Africa Kitchen “serving food your soul can trust." Each ticket includes Saturday continental breakfast, lunch and dinner. On Sunday breakfast is provided.
If you would like to be a vendor at the conference please send us a message below. Availability is limited. Transportation will not be available for vendors and their merchandise.
We will offer a full refund if ticket is cancelled before Oct 15th. If ticket is cancelled after oct 15th but before Nov 15th there is 50% refund. After November 15th no refund will be offered. If you require a refund please contact us below.
We are providing childcare for $15 per child or $25 to cover a family of 2-3 children for the conference weekend. Space is limited to 12 children. Send us a message in the form below and we will respond to confirm your use of the childcare service. You must include the age of each child in the message. While payment is made at the conference we must receive your request on or before Dec. 26th. No one is able to sign up for childcare the day of the conference.
The conference is working in collaboration with The Red Lion Hotel in Oakland, CA. To receive conference rates call the hotel at: (510) 635-5300 and mention The Love Project. Single room rate is $159 and double rooms are $179. Conference rates will only be available until December 1st. 
Yes, there will be shuttle van to bring sisters to and from the conference. If you need this service please make sure to book the deluxe package as this includes transportation.
